HAUT is located in the most beautiful part of the Amstel Quarter. The Amstel Quarter has rapidly shaped itself into a beautiful new city location along the Amstel. The first homes have been delivered, the first restaurants opened. The Amstel Quarter is a green district that is wonderful to live in and pleasant to visit. It offers all the conveniences, such as a hotel, marina, primary school, great dining and city parks.
From every home in HAUT it’s possible to see what the Amstel Quarter offers: urban living perfectly combined with the tranquility of water and greenery. Delivery of HAUT is planned for the end of 2020, but in the meantime, there are plenty of wonderful places to discover – a few suggestions:

Persijn is the new restaurant on the ground floor of QO Hotel. This beautiful hotel on Amstelvlietstraat blends luxury with circularity and sustainability. Cocktails and spectacular views
At the top of QO Hotel: bar Juniper & Kin. From the roof terrace on the 21st floor, it’s possible to get an idea of the views HAUT is set to offer. Juniper & Kin serves superb cocktails and small dishes, made with herbs from their own greenhouse – freshly picked every hour.
