14/9 Start sale phase 2
HAUT has succesfully closed phase 1 of the sales. Various buyers chose to have their future home in HAUT. Because of HAUT’s sustainability, it’s boutique concept, location and great views.
The sales of phase 2 will start on 14 September 2018 with an information event where you can meet the designers and creators of HAUT. On this event a team of specialists will be on hand to tell you everything about the project and to answer any questions you may have. A beautiful scale model will be on display, and 3D glasses will be available for you to experience HAUT’s interiors. We will also handover various brochures. After the information event, from 15 September 2018, you can apply online for the apartment of your choice.
In phase 2 a choice of home types, Zuid, Urban and Panorama, will be offered on both lower and upper floors. Beside that we introduce three special Terras homes (92-202 m²) with big terraces and roof gardens on the first and second floor. We also offer a few extra large homes on the top floors. Like Panorama apartment 18.1 of 225 m² and apartment 19.2 of 224 m² with a super wide south and west facade. And last but not least the two unique penthouses of 158 and 323 m².
